A cup. For a piece of equipment that’s supposedly required, it’s shocking how few guys actually wear one. Guys will spend $300 on a stick, $200 on gloves, and $150 on a helmet but draw the line at spending $15 to protect the future. Nothing says commitment to the game like risking your entire bloodline for a ground ball in a meaningless fall scrimmage.
